In honor of my friend Beth who just gave birth to her first child - a beautiful little girl named Illiana - this post is dedicated to pregnant ladies.

Here are some of the latest and greatest products for pampering the pregnant body - from head to toe. Use this list for yourself or as a shopping guide next time you're off to a baby shower.
