Got Milk?

Milk has long been recognized as an excellent source of protein, calcium and Vitamins A, D and E, but did you know that it is also good for your skin? It's not new news: Cleopatra, famous for her beautiful skin, is said to have soaked in baths of fresh milk.

Fortunately, the benefits of fresh milk are now available without the risk of a sour after-scent. I just discovered the SkinMilk line, with products for bath, body and face. Not only do you get huge sizes for a low pricetag (less than $5 a bottle!), the products have a yummy vanilla cream scent and cute blue and white packaging.

The Foaming Face Wash made quick work of my waterproof makeup and mascara, without leaving a tight, dry feeling.

I also loved the Foaming Bath's rich, moisturizing bubbles (great on a pouf as well as in the tub)... and the rich Body Cream locked in my skin's moisture all day. Looking forward to trying the anti-bacterial hand wash and hand cream.

Let your skin drink up the goodness of milk. Look for it at your local drugstore or try drugstore.com.
